The Application Fee Worksheet is used to calculate the total submittal fees for the application(s).  The worksheet will be completed by the Planning office.  Fees are due prior to receiving the City's review comments.

Payments: The Current Planning Division now accepts credit card payments with submittals up to $2,500.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express at no extra fee. 

Fillable pdf's are compatible with Adobe Reader.  Once you have filled in the form, go to the "File" tab and choose "Save As" to save your filled in pdf.  If you have any problems with a form, please call us at 970-962-2523.
