The Roles and Duties of each Board and Commission can be seen on the CivicWeb portal by navigating to the Meetings Page, finding the specific Board or Commission and noting the wording that states to "click here for Roles and Duties" of that particular Board or Commission.  Save

Visit CivicWeb to find agendas and minutes for all of the Boards and Commissions.

You can search by specific meeting type, or date. Approved minutes will show as a separate tab alongside the agenda once you have chosen a meeting type, date and agenda.

CivicWeb (or iCompass) is a third-part web portal that hosts all of the City of Loveland Council, Board and Commission meeting information. Here you will be able to find past and upcoming meeting agendas, approved meeting minutes (seen alongside the agenda for that date) and you will be able to apply for a city Board or Commission. 

The Home Page on CivicWeb allows you to navigate to City Council member's bios, apply for a  Board or Commission, see the Loveland Municipal Code, and subscribe for notifications of meeting notices.

The Calendar Page on CivicWeb allows you to view the schedule of meetings. You may filter for a specific meeting type, or view all city meetings. The calendar on the right hand side of the page will allow you to select a specific date to see what meeting is scheduled. 

The Meetings Page on CivicWeb lists the City Council meetings and all the city Boards and Commissions, as well as any public meeting notices. You will be able to scroll down to view the various meeting types, dates and click the hyper links to meeting agendas. Click the "Members" tab to view current Board or Commission Members. Any openings will be reflected with a button on the right hand side of the meeting box that says "Apply."
