The maximum penalty that can be imposed in Loveland Municipal Court for City Code violations and persons over 18 years of age is a fine up to $2,650 and one (1) year in jail or a combination of both.
The maximum penalty that can be imposed in Loveland Municipal Court for City Code violations and persons under 18 years of age is a fine up to $2,650 with no jail.
The Court may also sentence a person to perform useful public service, attend education classes, and other sanctions as the Court deems appropriate.
