Application in Process             

The City of Loveland Development Review Team is in the process of reviewing a proposal for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at the southeast corner of Taft Avenue and W 57th Street.  The property is 74 acres and includes the existing Crossroads Church and 52 acres of vacant property owned by the Loveland Housing Authority.  The property would be zoned Legacy Crossing PUD, which would replace the existing Crossroads PUD zoning that was approved in 2003.

This project is subject to a public hearing and notice process. Neighbors that are interested in the project are encouraged to attend and/or provide written feedback. Please note that projects in review have not yet been approved.
