Application in ProcessThe City of Loveland Development Review Team is in the process of reviewing a proposal to annex and zone approximately 61 acres for future residential development. The subject property is located east of N. Garfield Avenue (Highway 287), south of E. 71st Street (County Road 30), west of County Road 13, and directly north of the City's Recreational Trail. Zoning for the property is proposed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that would allow for a variety of single-family detached homes, duplexes, and townhome units to be developed at an overall density of 4 to 10 units per acre per the Medium Density Residential land use designation of the comprehensive plan. As a result, this proposal also includes a comprehensive plan amendment for purposes of changing the current land use designation of estate residential to medium density residential in which to align with the proposed zoning. This project is subject to a public hearing and notice process. Neighbors that are interested in the project are encouraged to attend and/or provide written feedback. Please note that projects in review have not yet been approved. Below, find application files, information on the review process and upcoming meeting dates. |
