When emergency personnel respond to a call for assistance, it is helpful to know if special circumstances exist. The more information that police officers, firefighters, and paramedics have about an individual, the better equipped they will be in handling the emergency. For example, it would be important to know if a person is bedridden, in a wheelchair, visually / hearing impaired, has special medication needs or allergies, etc.

The information supplied on the Emergency Information Cards below will be entered into a computer system and given to emergency service personnel who respond to any call for assistance at the address provided.
