Loveland's natural areas contain diverse open lands and wildlife habitat, including sites in the Big Thompson River corridor, upland prairies, working farmlands, fishing ponds, wetlands and meadows. More than 20 miles of soft-surface trails are open to the public. The Open Lands & Trails Map Brochure contains a map of all available properties, amenities available at each site, and general rules for natural areas and trails.
