Introducing the City of Loveland’s Customer Service Portal!
New, user-friendly online tools help you take control of your utility service and payments
The new utility billing system and redesigned paper bill replace a 30 year-old system, and provide easy-to-use and understand features designed to enhance the customer experience.
New system features let you:
• View and pay your utility bill online from any mobile device or computer using our secure payment system.
• Enroll in Auto Pay and never miss a bill!
• Go paperless with the new e-bill option.
• Make changes to your trash and recycling service, transfer utility service to a new location, update your contact info and more, all in one place!
Registering is easy!
All you need is your utility account number and the zip code for the address where you receive utility service. Watch this short video for a step-by-step guide to signing up.

Ways to Pay
Customers may use the new online portal to pay their bill or come in person to Utility Billing during open office hours. Customers can also call Utility Billing to pay by phone, or drop payment in the drop box on the south exterior wall of the Utility Billing office at 500 E. Third St.
Loveland Pulse customers will continue to receive a separate bill for their internet and phone service. Pulse accounts can be accessed and managed online, by signing into the customer portal via LovelandPulse.com.
