We are pleased to offer our sales tax customers an online payment option through Citizen Access. 

First Time Users - Please Read

The City of Loveland Loveland uses ACH debit for all online payments.  Some financial institutions have a "debit block" that will not allow ACH debit payments to go through.

Before you apply for a sales tax license or submit your first payment, please contact your bank and provide them with the City of Loveland's ACH Debit/Access ID 8846000609 to ensure your payment will not be rejected.

Important Things to Remember:

• To pay with Citizen Access, you must use a checking or savings routing and account number. At this time, credit card payments are not accepted.
• Please double check that your routing and account number are correct. Payments that are returned may incur a $25.00 return fee.
• Make sure compatibility view is turned on.
• Make sure pop-up blocker is turned off.
• Please add citizenaccess@cityofloveland.org to your e-mail safe sender list.
• Provide the City of Loveland's Access ID 8846000609 for ACH Debit Payments to your bank.
• Step by step instructions
• You MUST enter zeros in front of your account number to equal a total of five digits in order for your account to be found and added to your profile.
• Your location must be typed exactly as it is written on your sales tax license without city, state or zip code.
• Returns cannot be amended through the citizen access portal.  You will need to send an e-mail with the corrected return, including supporting documentation.
