| TEMPORARY USES |

The purpose of this chapter is to promote and protect the public health, safety and welfare by establishing a process and standards for allowing commercial temporary uses and associated structures to operate in a safe manner and without impacting adjacent properties or the surrounding area. The Development Services Department is encouraging interested individuals to attend the Planning Commission hearing and/or to provide the Commission with comments regarding the proposed Temporary Uses provisions. A copy of the proposed code provisions have been posted below. Please note that these code provisions are still in the review process and an updated version will be posted prior the Public Hearing with Planning Commission (to be scheduled).
