New opportunities for kiddos: in-person storytime, the Treehouse, and a new StoryWalk!

There's a lot coming up starting in June.

In-person Storytime

young children listening in storytime and looking at bookIn-person storytime is BACK! Starting June 3rd, every Thursday storytime will be happening in-person on the Library lawn at 10am. Storytime will feature stories, music, fingerplays, and fun! Runs June 3 - July 29.

Pre-registration is highly encouraged at www.lovlib.org/SLPevents. Online storytime will still occur every Monday at 10am.

 

 

The Treehouse Tween Space

treehouseTweens and upper elementary kiddos will soon have their own dedicated space to read, make, and hangout in the Library. The Treehouse - located in the former iMake room - is a room just for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to meet other kids, find books and materials just for them, play games, make things, and hangout. 

The grand opening of the Treehouse is Friday, June 4, 4pm-5pm. Stop by to checkout the space, grab a snack, and enter to win a prize!

 

 

A New StoryWalk®

Cover for children's bookThere's a new StoryWalk this summer! Follow the story "The Day the Crayons Quit" by Drew Daywalt around the Foote Lagoon! The Foote Lagoon is located across the parking lot from the Library (300 N. Adams Ave. Loveland, CO 80537). Enjoy a nice, sunny summer day walking around the Lagoon while reading as you walk.
