The City of Loveland will be hosting a Town Hall on Thursday, Nov. 18 about affordable housing in Loveland. The Town Hall will include a short presentation from public, private and nonprofit partners to help the community understand what is happening with affordable housing in Loveland. Then we will have facilitated breakout sessions where we invite the public to share your opinions, experiences and thoughts on this important topic for the community. Registration Required.
Purpose: A listening session for the City Council and City Staff to hear from community members and discuss affordable housing in Loveland, including what qualifies as affordable housing, what affordable housing opportunities are available here, what the City has been doing and what community partners are doing to create more affordable housing opportunities. During this Town Hall, residents will receive a brief presentation, have the opportunity to pose any questions for staff, and share any suggestions to further inform future educational opportunities and City Council discussions.
