AGENDA: May Town Hall - Business Development
POWERPOINT: May Town Hall - Business Development
In order for any community to survive, its citizens must have employment opportunities, and its government must be able to generate revenue to provide services. That is where the role of business development comes in. On the surface it can seem very simple – but the process of business development has many layers that involve government, planners, developers and individual businesses.
The community discussion at the May 6 Town Hall will provide a basic introduction to business development in Loveland, including how development projects are vetted, considered and secured as well as the process of retaining and growing business opportunities in Loveland. During the Town Hall, City staff and council will listen to questions and feedback from participants about this topic that will further inform future educational opportunities and council discussions. This Town Hall will be a remote public meeting through Zoom. Register to attend and you will receive a confirmation email with login details.
