Join members of the Loveland Historic Preservation Commission for a presentation and Q&A session focusing on strategies for renovating historic properties. This discussion will use the City of Loveland’s Historic Residential Design Guidelines as a reference when looking at examples of renovations, restorations and additions of/to historic homes. Resources for home renovators will be presented including researching historic properties and local resources for architectural salvage/ replacement building materials.
