Craig Conrad, President of The Community Mediation Project, will lead you through a half-day clinic about Winning the Workplace Challenge: Getting Along and Getting Things Done.
Conrad will equip you with tools to understand and manage your own emotional world, as well as interpret that of others. By learning the art of Relationship Intelligence, you will enhance your leadership skills and better connect with people in your life, including staff, supervisors, and volunteers.
