Grant Seeking Clinic: The Process and Proposal

The Community Resource Center (CRC) creates opportunities, tools and strategies to develop nonprofits and community groups to strengthen Colorado.

CRC is bringing the most comprehensive and affordable grant seeking and grant writing clinic in Colorado to Larimer and Weld Counties! This two-day training is designed for executive and development directors, board and staff members, and volunteers of nonprofit organizations who are ready to receive practical, hands-on instruction on the process, research techniques and skills of professional proposal writing. The training is intended to help both the entry level as well as the intermediate grant writer who is looking to refine his or her skills in order to stay ahead of the curve.

Participants will draft the component parts of the revised Common Grant Application, get tips on what grant makers look for in a winning proposal, and the learn essential methods to greatly improve the capacity of their organization.

When: September 21-22, 2011 (9am-4:30pm)
Where: The Ranch, 5280 Arena Circle, Loveland
