City Offices Closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 in observance of Christmas Day and New Year's Day

All City offices and most facilities will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, 2023 in observance of Christmas Day and Monday, Jan. 1, 2024 in observance of New Year’s Day. Some service schedules will also be altered. The schedule is as follows:

City Offices

All City administrative offices will be closed.

Utility Billing offices will be closed, but utility payments can be dropped off or made online. Visit the Utility Billing website for payment options.
Loveland Pulse customers can contact 970-744-4226 for technical support or log in to their account for bill pay and service requests. New customers can sign up for service and schedule installation at: LovelandPulse.com

Trash Collection

	Collection for residential curbside trash and recycling will be delayed by one day after each holiday.
	Recycling Center is normally closed on Mondays.

Transportation

There will be no City of Loveland Transit (COLT) bus service on Dec. 25 or Jan 1. Normal bus service will resume Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. COLT offices will be closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Things To Do

	Loveland Public Library will be closed Dec. 23 – 25 and Jan. 1.
	Chilson Recreation Center will be closed Dec. 24 – 25, open from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Dec. 31, and closed Jan. 1.
	Chilson Senior Center will be closed Dec. 24 – 25 and Dec. 31 – Jan 1.
	Golf Loveland will be closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
	Visitor's Center will be closed Dec. 24 – 25 and Dec. 30 – Jan. 1.
	Loveland Museum and Gallery will be closed Dec. 24 – 25 and Dec. 31 – Jan. 1.
	Rialto Theater box office is normally closed on Mondays. Tickets can be purchased online at: RialtoTheaterCenter.org

Public Safety and Support

Loveland police and fire services remain available 24/7/365.

Loveland Resource Center and South Railroad Facility Shelter will remain open during normal business hours.

Report a power outage, water or wastewater emergency or streetlight outage to Loveland Water and Power online at: LovelandWaterAndPower.org

For all other emergencies, always dial 911. For events that are not an immediate threat to life or safety, dial Loveland Police Department’s non-emergency line at: 970-667-2151
