Executive Function Workshop

Executive function is a set of mental skills that include working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. We use these daily skills to learn, work, and manage daily life. Trouble with executive function can make it hard to focus, follow directions, and handle emotions, among other things. Executive Functioning (EF) Skills help us meet goals, regulate our emotions, and manage daily life. When we struggle with executive functioning skills, it can significantly impact our ability to succeed in school, work, and in the community.
Join the Arc of Larimer County to learn about:
• How EF skills develop
• Potential signs of EF challenges
• How to improve EF skills
• How to seek support for EF skills in school, work, and the community
